Happy 2008

Lots of pictures to post as it's been a while....but we've been busy! Here are some photos from Grandmama and Grandpapa's visit just after Christmas as well as some from our visit to see Mimi and Grandpa at the beach house for New Year's. Hope you all had a great New Year's, too! 2008 looks great!

Merry Christmas!

Here are pictures from Christmas day at our house, where we were joined by Mimi & Grandpa. What a wonderful, special day we shared! Mary and Jack loved each and every gift, as did parents and grandparents. The biggest surprise was that somehow Mimi was able to coax the pastel artist into finishing our children's portraits this year! Thank you to our friends and families for making this day so special, and most importantly to God for the birth of his son, Jesus.

Christmas Program at Bethany CDC

The children LOVED being up on stage and performing with their school mates at the Bethany CDC Christmas Program. Both looked so adorable in their holiday attire and did a decent job of singing and going through the motions with each song. Afterwards, there were parties in each class. What a fun way to kick of the Christmas holiday!

Strep!

Yep, I have it. So, so sorry to anyone that I may have exposed to this nasty infection. Strep throat is awful, but I'm on meds now & will be back in action soon!

Breakfast with Santa!

What fun we had today as we had breakfast with Santa. This is the first year that we actually sat happily on his lap and had quite a long discussion. We even wrote letters/drew pictures of what we wanted and then mailed them in the super special mailbox. Are we ever excited!!!

Decorating the tree & a visit to Atlanta

Here are some pictures from deccorating the Christmas tree. Even the dog Sadie helped! I've also included some photos taken this past weekend from my visit to Atlanta...kids were at their grandparents and I was visiting old girlfriends, two of whom are very pregnant. The Johsons's house is "tres grand". Fun!
