One year ago

One year ago this month, our dear friend Eric Ramos was killed in a car accident. Our hearts are full of sadness as we remember him. His life was ended way too soon. We have adopted his lovely French wife, Beatrice Frask-Ramos, and their daughter (and our God daughter) Ellyse into our family and into our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this time and always.

WOW Wednesday!

As you can see from the front & back of these cards, Jonathan is now on the radio! He's joined the advisory team on a show called "Money Matters" as the real estate expert. It airs on Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. on 94.3 fm or on the internet at www.wscfm.com. Way to go Mr. J!

Mimi & Grandpa came for a visit!

We had a super fun visit with Mimi & Grandpa this past weekend! They have just returned from a trip to Russia and brought some cool goodies back for everyone. Mary and Jack LOVE the Russian dolls and all the guys seem to want to wear jack's new Russian Naval Fleet hat. Ha!

As you can see, Mary & Jack also discovered a new way to swing in our backyard. They sure keep us laughing!

Spring Break Pix

Our trip to Tampa was fun and included stops at Dino Land, Busch Gardens and the Lipizzaner stallions' training ring. We LOVED seeing cousin MacKenzie from Wisconsin and her parents, my sister Elizabeth & her husband Mike. The best part was time with Grandmama and Grandpapa...we miss them again already!

P.S. My mother always wears leopard, hence the goofy picture with all of us wearing some of her leopard scarves as a joke! And yes, those are pictures of our whole family doing yoga together!

First of all, I promise to post pictures from our Spring Break trip to Florida. But until I get to that, just thought I'd share something.....

Our phone company (Knology)is back AGAIN! We returned from our trip to find that there is a loud humming sound on our home phone AND that callers are unable to leave us messages. So yet again we are home all afternoon waiting on the repairman. Thankfully he did get here & is working now....we'll see if he gets it fixed!
