Top 10 Things I've Been Up To....
So things have been pretty hectic here lately & I thought I'd post a little quick summary of what I've been up to lately. We actually missed playgroup on Tuesday, which we NEVER do, and now maybe ya'll will know why:
1) Finishing up ALL the projects I'm working on for Jonathan's business bcs summer's coming, and our babysitter doesn't start until June sometime. Somehow the three hours I spent at his office on Monday FLEW by and that was the last day of school!
2) Picnics at the playground to celebrate the end of the school year. Super fun! Lots of hugs and tears and boy did we ever LOVE their preschool experience this year!
3) Our old neighbors called and were ready to sell their old car to us. Yippee!
4) And #3 meant that I had to spend some time this week at the DMV transferring tags, etc.
5) #3 also meant that I've been cleaning up our old minivan top to bottom, best I can after 5 years of wear.
6) Feeling sad about the sale of our old blue minivan. It brought our children home from the hospital and has served us well on SO many road trips. Lotsa fun memories in there as well as MUCHO mystery debris....
7) Spent a solid 2 hours at our local library, which I'm growing more fond of as the kids grow. They got to wear headphones as they played on the computers -- and they loved that! So did I until Jack yelled "Look at this, Mary!" while wearing those headphones...cute but embarassing.
8) Hosted an end-of-year "Girls Night Out" for the ladies from our Sunday School class (called Friends in Faith) as well as the ladies from our Wednesday night Bible Study. It was super fun -- about 30 women in total and I loved every minute!
9) Getting the house ready for #8. You can only imagine!
10) Stocking up on supplies for our Memorial Day cookout with our playgroup. Should be fun! Can you say "Slip & Slide"????
Oh, forgot to mention swim lessons, laundry, sewing projects, cooking, etc.

Birthday Party at the Beach
Enjoy these pictures from Grandpa's birthday party over the weekend! We loved speding time with Mimi and grandpa and it almost felt like summer on the beach. Fun!
