Spring and Booster Seats

Our azaleas are starting to bloom! That means that Spring is nearly here -- yeah! Today was a big day for the kids -- they now sit in booster seats when they ride in Daddy's truck. The three of them went for a "ramble" this afternoon and had a blast. What big kids they are!

Really? Again?

Some of you may know of the trouble we've had with our home phone/cable/internet. To sum it up, it's been about 25 men in & out of our house for a total of over 30 hours since Christmas time. UGH! And it's not over! I tested our ADT security system this morning (its "trouble" light was on) and found out that we need them to come BACK AGAIN! And, to top it off, they still think that it may be a problem on Knology's end.

So, we're officially having a "men in blue suits who trek dirt and mud from the rain into the house" party this afternoon! Come on over & you can trek in some wet mud, too! Both ADT (12 - 5, love those 5 hour time windows) AND Knowlogy (2-4) will all be here together. Think I'll bake some cookies for the whole gang....

Outdoor fun!

We had some BEAUTIFUL Carolina Spring weather this weekend. Here are pictures of Jonathan & Jack working together in the yard (making a place for our kitchen garden!), Mary helping, swinging in the hammock with Aaron & Ethan, and Daddy reading a bedtime story to them. We just LOVE this time of year!

We received a box of goodies from Cousin MacKenzie today. Mary dug right in & found her princess attire!

Weekend Visitor

We were delighted to have a super fun weekend visit from one of my family's dearest friends, Martie Wagner. She lives near Greenville and we plan to go visit her in the mountains this summer. We had a SUPER weekend together and hope she comes back for another visit soon!
